Department: TUL Banquets and Catering Property: River Spirit Casino Resort Location: Tulsa, OK, US, 74137 Full-Time/Part-Time: Full Time Summary: Responsible for providing beverage service to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service. Primarily responsible for stocking/maintaining bars and beverage stations. Responsibilities: 1. Provide constant, attentive and exceptional service to all internal and external customers. 2. Responsible for maintaining bar/beverage stations PAR levels, to include but not limited to glassware, paper products, and as specified by management. 3. Comply with all Oklahoma State Liquor (ABLE Commission) laws and any applicable MNGE laws. 4. Responsible for stocking and cleanliness of bars/beverage stations and storage areas. 5. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area and completing all side duties. 6. Stays informed and up-to-date with all daily changes in menus, pricing, special events, and promotions. 7. Perform banquet server, bartender and setup duties as needed. 8. Additional duties as assigned.
