Embedded Tech / Systems AnalystLocation: Stratford, CT – 5 days/week onsiteIndustry: HealthcareDuration: 6-month contract with potential extension to 12 months and possible permanent conversionConversion Salary: $60K–$65KStart: ASAPABOUT THE ROLEOur MSP client is looking for an onsite Embedded Tech / Systems Analyst to support a healthcare client in Stratford, CT. You will be the only IT technician onsite, supporting approximately 125 users while also working with a Level 1 team that handles initial tickets and escalates issues to you.This is a very hands-on, user-facing position. You'll handle both tickets and walk-up requests and support employees at all levels of the organization, including executives/C-suite.MUST HAVE1+ year of desktop/deskside support experience, including in-person and ticket-based supportHealthcare industry experienceExperience supporting users in an enterprise/domain environmentComfortable being the only IT technician onsiteStrong face-to-face communication and customer service skills, including executive/C-suite supportStrong ticketing experienceHands-on Active Directory experience, including creating/disabling accounts, onboarding/offboarding, password resets, security groups and group policiesHands-on Azure experience, including accounts, security groups and permissionsHands-on Microsoft 365 experience, including M365 Admin Center/Admin Portal, adding/removing users, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, Exchange, Teams and SharePointBasic networking/troubleshooting skillsExperience supporting/deploying phone systemsReliable vehicle and valid driver's licenseComfortable traveling within approximately 30 miles to other sites (Mileage reimbursement)At least one position where you remained with the company for 1+ yearPLUSMSP experienceMicrosoft certifications; MCSE is a strong plus
