Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Brand Ambassador to lead our ambassador program, helping to increase aware of Secure Accounting Miami. This role is perfect for someone with experience in brand promotion, strong communication skills, and a passion for representing innovative solutions. As the Senior Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for overseeing outreach efforts, mentoring junior ambassadors, and driving the overall success of our brand ambassador initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Actively promote Secure Accounting Miami to accounting professionals, firms, and clients across various channels. - Plan and execute community engagement activities, including social media campaigns, networking events, and industry conferences. - Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and accounting professionals to expand the brand's reach. - Organize and participate in product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations to showcase the benefits of our services and product. - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align ambassador activities with broader marketing campaigns and strategies. - Gather valuable feedback from the community and provide insights to the marketing and product teams for improvement. - Serve as the public face of the brand, representing Secure Accounting Miami at events and through digital channels. Qualifications - Proven experience as a brand ambassador or in a similar role, with leadership experience preferred. - Strong passion for accounting, tax services, and financial technology. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Bilingual preferred - Ability to create engaging content. - Strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute promotional campaigns. - Knowledge of the accounting industry or accounting software is an advantage. - Self-motivated, outgoing, and adaptable in both online and offline environments.
