Title: Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Midland, TX 79706Duration: 12+ Months with possible extensionsJob Description:• Have a High School diploma or equivalent level of education • Have 3+ years of experience in an electrical / electronic repair industrial environment • Have strong mechanical abilities • Experience with PLC, HMI, VFD, Controls Electronics or CNC controls • Demonstrate strong experience with automations in an industrial or manufacturing environment • Have the ability to disassemble equipment, diagnose problems and reassemble in a safe and proficient manner • Show experience with predictive maintenance management concepts and the ability to use advanced devices to perform diagnosis • Be able to translate complex technical information in an easy to understand manner to assist with decision making
