Virtual AssistantSparks Group is seeking virtual assistants to support a portfolio of multi-family properties for a well-known management company with a growing operations team. The team is committed to exceeding market expectations and helping residents find the perfect place to call home. This role is ideal for someone early in their administrative or real estate support career who enjoys organization, data entry, customer service, and working independently in a remote environment. The position focuses heavily on administrative support, listing coordination, invoice/document management, and project reporting, with some client communication and lead generation responsibilities. Training and step-by-step guidance will be provided. Must be able to work PST hours between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Interested candidates should apply for quick consideration. ResponsibilitiesManage emails, calendars, and appointment scheduling Conduct online research related to properties, listings, and market data Create and update property listings on platforms such as Zillow, Craigslist, TurboTenant, Zumper, and Stessa Maintain organized documentation, invoices, and project-related records Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Convert and manage PDF documents as needed Assist with weekly progress reporting and administrative tracking Support listing setup and account registration processes Respond to basic client or tenant communications professionally and promptly Complete assigned administrative tasks within deadlines Work ScheduleApproximately 30 hours per week Flexible schedule within business hours of 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday Additional 23 hours over the weekend for follow-up tasks as needed Candidates in PST, MST, CST, or EST time zones are welcome to apply Qualifications13 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, sales support, or related work Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to follow processes and work from step-by-step instructions Prior real estate or property management experience is helpful but not required Equipment RequirementsPersonal laptop or computer Reliable high-speed internet connection Sparks Group is an equal opportunity employer.
