Make a Difference as an Operations Manager
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations related to telecom project execution, network deployment, and service delivery. Your role will be critical in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Lead operational meetings to review project status, field performance, and service metrics
Oversee telecom projects including fiber builds, network installations, and maintenance operations
Coordinate with field teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution
Monitor workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and project timelines
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Partner with clients to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery
Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across teams
Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, with flexibility as needed to support field operations and project demands.
What You Need to Be Successful
To excel in this role, you’ll need a strong combination of leadership, operational expertise, and industry knowledge.
Key qualifications include:
Must have at least 2 years of warehouse operations management experience.
Proven leadership experience in telecommunications, construction, or field operations
Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure (fiber optics, wireless networks, broadband systems)
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication skills to effectively work with clients, field teams, and leadership
Experience analyzing performance metrics and implementing process improvements
Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in telecom or construction environments
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence
