Established in Dorset in 1946, we have grown over the last 80 years and now proudly have 60 showrooms worldwide with a global network of stockists.The key to our success is the people behind the paint: from the team handcrafting each tin to showroom staff to support functions, our shared passion ensures customers have a positive, engaging experience at every stage of their journey with us.The PR & Partnerships Manager, North America will lead Farrow & Ball’s PR, influencer, and brand partnership strategy across the US and Canada. Reporting into the PR & Communications Director this role is responsible for elevating brand awareness, desirability, and cultural relevance through strategic earned media, influencer relationships, and high-impact collaborations.This role will focus on setting strategy and overseeing execution through a retained PR agency and specialist partners, rather than direct pitching. The successful candidate will act as a senior brand representative in-market, identifying and activating partnerships with tastemakers, designers, creators, and aligned brands to drive meaningful visibility and long-term brand equityWhat we expect from you as PR & Partnerships Manager:Key Responsibilities:PR Strategy & Agency ManagementLead the development and delivery of the North America PR strategy in line with global brand and communications objectivesManage and mentor the North America PR agency, setting clear priorities, KPIs, and ways of workingEnsure product launches, collections, and global campaigns are successfully landed in the North American earned media landscapeReview, challenge, and optimize agency output to ensure quality, relevance, and impact across design, lifestyle, and broader consumer mediaOversee press materials, messaging, reporting, and measurement, ensuring consistency with global brand tone of voicePartnerships & CollaborationsIdentify, develop, and lead strategic partnerships with brands, cultural institutions, designers, and creative talent that enhance Farrow & Ball’s brand positioning in North AmericaBuild long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with VIPs, tastemakers, and industry leadersDevelop partnership concepts that generate compelling storytelling opportunities across PR, influencer, and owned channelsCollaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Brand, Retail, Trade, and Digital) to ensure partnerships are integrated and commercially and creatively alignedInfluencer & Tastemaker StrategyOwn the North America influencer and tastemaker strategy, with a focus on quality, relevance, and authentic brand alignmentIdentify priority creators and opinion leaders across interiors, architecture, lifestyle, and cultureOversee influencer activations, seeding, campaigns, and content creation in partnership with agency and internal teamsEnsure all influencer activity reflects Farrow & Ball’s values, aesthetics, and positioningEvents & Brand RepresentationOversee PR- and partnership-led events in market, including launches, press previews, tastemaker dinners, and experiential activationsRepresent Farrow & Ball at key industry, cultural, and media momentsHost and manage VIPs, media, and partners at events, store openings, and brand experiencesLeadership & CollaborationLine manage and develop North America PR resource(s), providing clear direction, coaching, and supportAct as a key point of contact between North America and global communications teams, ensuring alignment and best practice sharingWork cross-functionally with global and regional stakeholders to deliver cohesive, impactful communicationKey Attributes:Skills, Knowledge & Experience7+ years’ experience in PR, communications, partnerships, or brand marketing, preferably within interiors, luxury, design, fashion, or lifestyleProven experience managing PR agencies and external partnersStrong track record of developing and executing influencer and partnership strategiesDeep understanding of the North American media, influencer, and cultural landscapeExceptional relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and high-profile partnersStrategic thinker with strong commercial and brand acumenHighly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneouslyPersonal Attributes & BehavioursApproachable, credible, and confident brand ambassadorStrategic, curious, and ideas-led, with strong attention to detailProactive and results-driven, with a bias for actionCollaborative and generous team playerComfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentTakes ownership and accountability for delivering excellenceWhat you can expect from us:A competitive base salary, reviewed annually based on individual performanceEligible for a performance-based bonus scheme15 days PTO increasing with tenure, plus floating holidays401K scheme matched by F&BGenerous staff discount on F&B productsEmployee Assistance Program with 24/7 supportCompany Sick PayHealthcare, Dental & Vision
