This role plays a crucial part in enhancing manufacturing operations within Client's Franklin facility. Job ResponsibilitiesCreate and standardize work documentation.Support new machine startup and process implementation.Conduct validation and create PPAP documentation.Engage in gauge R&R, process layout, and 5S design. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) process with cross-functional teams.Education & Experience RequiredBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.Alternative QualificationsAssociate's degree with over 7 years of experience.Master's degree with less than 5 years of experience.Technical Skills RequiredUnderstanding of part prints & designs.Ability to create FMEA & Control plans.Basic knowledge of gauging & part inspection.Technical Skills DesiredExperience in designing & implementing manufacturing processes.Lean manufacturing experience.Automation experience.Strong safety & ergonomic understanding for manufacturing processes.Proficiency in time management.Skills in equipment installation & troubleshooting.CAD Tool design.Soft SkillsTeam player with good written and verbal communication skills.Strong work ethic.“We're an equal opportunity employer.
