Summary of Position:Assist all guests and visitors of the Company with timely, efficient and professional service adhering to Company standards of ensuring an extraordinary hospitality experience.Responsibilities:Greet customers within 30 seconds of entering the store & provide friendly customer serviceAchieve and maintain product knowledge to assist customers with purchasing decisionsGuide and direct customers to appropriate products of interest and answer related inquiriesAssist customers with all park related inquiries (utilizing approved NPS interpretive information)Assist customers making selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinionsAccurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point of sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards and making changeRestock and maintain displays (labeling correctly as needed) per Company standardsAchieve established sales goalsParticipate in closing, opening proceduresParticipate in daily cleaning/maintenance dutiesStrict adherence to all store policiesContribute to a positive environment where all employees trust and respect each otherUnderstand Company's ISO (Quality and Environmental) management systems, policies, goals and initiatives, and meet the specific responsibilities within these areasOther duties per the Duties checklist and as assignedPosition Requirements:Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills to interact positively with othersAbility to multi-task and perform well under pressureDisplay energy and enthusiasm when working with customers and fellow AssociatesDependable to always be on time and on scheduleAble to lift frequently up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
