For more information, visit atalys.com.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site position, located in Gates, NY, for a Quality Control Inspector on 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM). The Quality Control Inspector will perform routine inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Responsibilities include identifying defects, documenting inspection results, communicating findings to relevant teams, and supporting quality assurance initiatives to improve processes. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to company procedures, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain high product standards. QualificationsMinimum of 2 years on the job inspection experience to acquire familiarity with methods, procedures, tools and equipment and to perform the work proficiently - preferred. Work from drawings, specifications, and inspection instructions using an assortment of measuring tools, fixtures and equipment such as CMMs, Smart Scopes, micrometers, verniers, gauge pins, height gauges, etc.Execute CMM/Smart Scope programs after fixturing parts. Proficiency in performing detailed inspections, with the ability to identify, document, and report non-conformances effectively.Strong Communication skills to relay findings and collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders.Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.Prior experience working in manufacturing, particularly in the MedTech or regulated industry, preferred.Knowledge of safety practices and quality standards is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional certifications in Quality Management are a plus.Wage Range: $19.42-$23.97 PLUS a $2.00 Shift Differential for working 3rd Shift.
