Occupational Therapist Location: San Ramon, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,282 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Occupational Therapist Job Specialty: Rehabilitation Therapy - Occupational Therapy Job Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Day Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 1 year, but new graduates are welcome to apply License: Current California Occupational Therapy License Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TDap (every 10 years), Flu (annual), Drug screening, Physical Must-Have: - Valid driver's license - Auto insurance and registration Job Description: - Provide high-quality occupational therapy services in a home health setting. - Service areas include Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont, Richmond, Rodeo, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Crockett, Kensington. - Possibility of choosing between guaranteed hours and non-guaranteed hours, with specific expectations for each option. - Maintain productivity of at least 27 points per week, calculated based on different visit types. - Be adaptable to travel outside designated areas or work weekends if required to meet visit expectations. - Responsibilities include routine evaluations, discharges, and various assessments and certifications. - Compensation includes time for driving, documentation, phone calls, and patient care. - Must be willing to see and treat Covid-positive or potentially Covid-positive patients. - Ensure all requested time off is disclosed upfront; requests made after acceptance will not be approved. - Holiday coverage is required.
