Loveski Deli Jackson Square What We Offer Competitive hourly wages + excellent tips Health insurance for full-time employees (30+ hours/week) Paid Time Off and state sponsored Roth IRA Program Dining discounts A supportive, positive work environment Opportunities for growth within an expanding restaurant group What We’re Looking For A great attitude and a team-first mindset Ideally 2 years of experience in restaurants, hospitality, or customer service Professionalism, reliability, and clear communication Weekend availability Barista experience is preferred but not required  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Cashier / Barista — Roles & Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional, and efficient service Accurately process customer orders and payments using the Toast POS system Answer basic menu and product questions and communicate clearly with guests Support a positive guest experience by maintaining a calm, respectful, and service-oriented demeanor Beverage & Food Preparation Prepare coffee, espresso, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and company standards Assemble and serve ready-to-eat food items as directed, following food safety guidelines Maintain beverage stations with proper setup, cleanliness, and organization throughout the shift Cash Handling & POS Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and in accordance with company procedures Follow all timekeeping, cash-handling, and transaction policies Cleanliness & Safety Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front-of-house environment, including counters, beverage stations, and guest areas Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Department of Health (DOH) requirements, including proper handwashing and surface sanitation Comply with workplace safety policies and report any concerns to management Team Communication & Support Communicate respectfully with FOH and BOH team members to support smooth service Follow direction from management and escalate guest issues as appropriate Participate in required training related to food safety, customer service, and operational procedures Compliance & Workplace Expectations Adhere to all company policies, including attendance, meal and rest break compliance, and accurate timekeeping Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the scope of the Cashier/Barista role More detail about Loveski Deli - Jackson Square part of Chef Christopher Kostow, please visit
