Corporate Account Reporting Specialist

The Corporate Account Reporting Specialist plays a key role in supporting Tire Rack’s largest corporate customers through accurate, timely, and insightful reporting. This position is responsible for managing sales and account data, developing reporting tools, and delivering insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with complex datasets in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Analyze and interpret complex data to support business and account decision-makingDevelop and maintain reporting schedules, dashboards, and recurring reportsRetrieve and manage data using internal systems to ensure accuracy and efficiencyProvide regular sales summaries and reporting updates to internal stakeholdersCollaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to support customer needsTrack promotional funding and assist with reimbursement documentationMaintain documentation of reporting processes, formulas, and methodologiesEnsure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across reporting deliverablesTranslate data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholdersCommunicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiencesPerform other duties as assigned to support daily operationsQualifications:2 years of experience in account reporting, financial analysis, or a related roleAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis functionsExperience working with AS400/IBMi systemsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesHours:Monday–Friday; occasional weekends may be necessary8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; additional hours may be necessary
