This role plays a key part in what work we pursue, how we bid it, and how jobs are set up for success.What you’ll do:Build estimates for earthwork and utility projectsReview plans and think through how the job actually gets builtWork with subs and suppliers to develop pricingSupport pre-job planning with the field teamHelp us pursue the right work — not just more workWhat we’re looking for:Experience estimating heavy civil or utility workStrong understanding of production and construction methodsAbility to work independently and take ownership of bidsComfortable communicating with field teams, vendors, and leadershipExperience with estimating software (HCSS preferred)What this role is:High ownershipDirect impact on company growthTied closely to field executionWhat it’s not:A plug-and-play estimating roleA large corporate environment with layers of approval
