The successful candidate will be a trusted thought partner and execution-focused leader, responsible for amplifying the CTO's impact across the organization. This highly visible position requires a professional who can thrive at the intersection of technology, business, and execution, and who is adept at driving forward critical initiatives, connecting technical strategy to execution, and crafting executive-ready communication. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CTO to prioritize focus, synthesize input from stakeholders, and ensure that the right priorities are moving with the right momentum. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role should have at least 10 years' of experience and be comfortable navigating both technical and business concepts. The role involves leading high-impact projects, ensuring progress and accountability, and structuring ambiguity into action. The ideal candidate will be a crisp communicator, experienced in working with senior executives, and adept at bringing structure to complexity. A background in the wealth, asset, or investment management domain is preferred, along with experience in high-growth, product- or platform-led organizations with technical depth and client complexity.
