Otherduties may be assigned. **Operational Leadership** Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure productiontargets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams including production,quality, and logistics personnel. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuousimprovement. **Performance Management** Track, analyze, and communicate key daily metrics such as: On-time delivery (OTD) Daily Production Targets Efficiency and utilization Conduct daily production meetings and provide clear, actionableupdates to teams and leadership. **Process Improvement** Utilize data analysis to identify inefficiencies and implementprocess improvements. Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and support continuousimprovement efforts. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolveproduction issues. **Planning & Coordination** Coordinate production schedules and resources to meet customerdemand. Work closely with supply chain and planning teams to ensurematerial availability. Is responsible forthe overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with theorganization\'s policies and applicable laws. A.) from four-year college or university inEngineering Required (Industrial Engineering Preferred Or Similardiscipline); or 6+ years related experience and/or training; orequivalent combination of education and experience. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required. Experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments aplus.**Language Skills**Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals,profe sional journals, technical procedures, or governmentalregulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, andprocedure manuals.
