Our intermittent monitoring model allows for efficient, scalable coverage while maintaining a strong focus on data integrity and patient support.We are committed to delivering accurate results while improving access to neurodiagnostic care—all within a fully remote environment.Position SummaryThe Remote EEG Monitoring Technologist is responsible for performing intermittent monitoring and documentation of ambulatory EEG studies for patients in a home setting. This role ensures the quality and integrity of EEG data, identifies and resolves technical issues, and supports patients throughout their study.This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and skilled in troubleshooting both clinical and technical issues.Key Responsibilities·       Perform remote intermittent EEG monitoring and documentation for assigned patients ·       Conduct hourly patient checks, reviewing EEG data for a minimum of 5 minutes ·       Monitor EEG, video, and electrode impedance to ensure data quality and study integrity ·       Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in real time ·       Communicate with patients and/or equipment vendors to resolve issues as needed ·       Escalate persistent technical or data concerns to appropriate personnel ·       Communicate significant patient events, including seizures, to the care team ·       Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with company standards ·       Work from a HIPAA-compliant environment with reliable internet access Qualifications Required:·       Minimum 1 year of neurodiagnostic experience with understanding of normal and abnormal EEG patterns ·       Experience with ambulatory EEG systems (Cadwell, Natus, Lifelines preferred) ·       Strong technical troubleshooting and critical thinking skills ·       Proficiency with computers and remote monitoring systems ·       Ability to work independently in a remote work environment ·       Availability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends ·       Reliable high-speed internet and HIPAA-compliant workspace Preferred:·       R.
