Entry Level Customer Relations

Crossroad Telecom is a business consulting and sales firm partnered with AT&T, and we are currently hiring an Entry Level Customer Relations team member to support residential AT&T Fiber markets in the Indianapolis area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning sales fundamentals, and developing long-term professional skills. No prior experience is required , paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. In this position, you will interact directly with customers face to face to explain AT&T Fiber services, assist with account activations, and support ongoing customer needs. You’ll also work closely with your team to improve service quality, support sales goals, and build strong customer relationships. Role Requirements for an Entry Level Customer Relations Engage with residential customers to explain and sell AT&T Fiber products and service options Assist with new service activations, upgrades, and account questions Document customer interactions accurately in company systems Support team goals by participating in daily meetings and training sessions Help resolve basic billing or service questions while maintaining a positive customer experience Provide feedback from customer interactions to support team improvement What You’ll Gain as an Entry Level Customer Relations Develop professional habits that support scalable residential sales growth.
