The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in GenAI technologies, AI agent frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AWS GenAI services, and enterprise AI integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions and applications.Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.Design and implement AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven business outcomes.Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and backend integrations for GenAI applications.Lead prompt engineering, model tuning, and evaluation activities to improve AI response quality and accuracy.Implement LLMOps practices, including model monitoring, observability, performance tuning, and governance.Ensure adherence to Responsible AI, security, compliance, and data privacy standards.Mentor and guide developers on AI development best practices, coding standards, and solution design.Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize AI workloads for performance and cost efficiency.Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and SAP.Leverage Amazon Bedrock and AWS SageMaker to develop, deploy, manage, and scale AI/ML and GenAI solutions.Stay current with advancements in LLMs, Agentic AI, Multimodal AI, and emerging AI frameworks.Contribute to technical proposal development, PoCs, innovation initiatives, and architecture reviews.
