Job Overview:We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, modern-marketer to join our collaborative team. This role combines strong visual design skills with website management expertise to deliver engaging brand experiences across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in design software, website structure and development, and digital marketing best practices.ResponsibilitiesGraphics Design:Design and produce high-quality and modern visuals for events, digital campaigns, websites, social media, email marketing, presentations, and print collateralDevelop infographics, illustrations, and motion graphics to support marketing and communication strategiesMaintain and update brand guidelines as they evolve and brand consistency across all visual assetsCollaborate with your management and peers to conceptualize creative ideasWebsite Management and Maintenance:Manage and update the company website using a content management system (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar platformsEnsure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, accessible, and optimized for SEOTroubleshoot and resolve website issues, coordinating with IT/development teams when necessaryMonitor website analytics and performance, recommending improvements to enhance user experience and engagementDigital Marketing Support:Assist with creating digital assets for paid media campaigns, newsletters, and product launches as relevantOptimize images, layouts, and design elements for web and mobile platforms and digital displays for eventsStay current on industry design trends, web standards, best practices, and emerging technologiesRequirementsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Familiarity with UX/UI designExperience with motion graphics and editing (Adobe Premiere, Capcut, etc.)2+ years of professional experience in both graphic design and website managementProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) or equivalentExperience with website CMS platforms (e.g., Ghost.io, WordPress, Drupal, Squarespace, or Shopify)Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong attention to detailUnderstanding of AI augmented workflows and the importance of the AI tools for efficiencyPreferred:Have AI and HPC systems and solutions backgroundKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and web developmentAbility to assist with event and tradeshow photography and videographyThe salary range for this position is between $80,000 to $95,000.
