Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Set up machines prior to production runs, ensuring proper calibration and configuration
- Monitor machine performance during operation, adjusting as necessary to maintain optimal efficiency and product quality
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify and address any issues or potential malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts, to ensure smooth operation and prevent breakdowns
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Document production activities, including machine settings, output quantities, and any deviations from standard procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot problems and optimize production processes
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production tasks
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices
- Food Safety ' Notify management of any Food Safety issue
- Food Safety ' Conform to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
- Food Safety ' Aware of empowerment to act to resolve Food Safety Issues within the scope of work
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and production documents
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

- Lift & move up to 70lbs of products, supplies and equipment
Hours:
Shift 1: 5 am to 5 pm Sunday -- Wednesday
Shift 2: 5 pm to 5 am Sunday --- Wednesday
Pay / Benefits:
Starting at $18.15 per hour ($2.50 shift differential for night shift)
