Mobile Diesel Mechanic

Job Description Are you a diesel mechanic who prefers the open road over the same shop every day? We're hiring a Diesel Field Service / Road Service Technician based out of Sturbridge, MA to support trucks, trailers, motor coaches, and some heavy equipment throughout New England.This role offers strong hourly pay, commission upside, and independence, backed by a professional dispatch and support team.Compensation & Perks$35–$40/hour base payPlus competitive commission structureCompany-provided service truck and equipmentConsistent work, strong dispatch support, and steady call volume401K. PTOSchedule & Work StyleMonday–Friday availability between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMWeekend availability requiredOn-call rotation requiredSignificant travel across New England interstates (often 50+ miles in any direction)What You'll Be DoingPerform emergency roadside repairs and mobile diagnostics on diesel-powered vehicles and equipmentPerform brake work, electrical work, tire removal and installation.
