At Citrin Cooperman, we offer competitive compensation and benefits and most importantly, the flexibility to manage your personal and professional life to focus on what matters most to you!ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the Accounts Payable function across all client engagementsEstablish, monitor, and ensure that all A/P automation initiatives, i.e. data ingestion links and other best practices are adhered to.Involved with Practice Leaders to administer accounting and bank roles and responsibilities, including CNB Business Suite, Bill.Com, CCH Document, and more.Manage and oversee the Accounts Receivable function across all clients; establish and monitor firm administration best practices and policies.Manage and responsible for all the administration function for all clients, including onboarding of clients and management of engagement letter function.Own the overall client relationship and serve as the primary point of contact and trusted “go‑to” resource for clients. Responsible for end‑to‑end client compliance across tax, medical claims, retirement plans, and investment activities, including RMDs, capital calls, and commitments.Manage and responsible for all client insurance reviews and renewals including homeowner, auto, commercial, life, disability, umbrella, E&O and other required personal and business insurance.Manage and mentor U.S. and India team members. Work with Partner/Director in creating a collaborative approach to all Client work, and establishing a framework between all CC tax, accounting and consulting members on engagement team.Manage and oversee all payroll processing through an external payroll platformQualifications5+ years of experience in BMFO and providing excellent Client service or Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting, Business Admin, Economics)
