Overview Employer Industry: Engineering Consulting Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $125,000 annually Eligibility for a discretionary cash bonus based on team and individual performance Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plans Opportunities for professional development through coaching, mentoring, and training Flexible hybrid and remote work arrangements available Commitment to work/life balance with paid time off and family leave Responsibilities Perform power system studies using ETAP, SKM, and PSCAD, including report preparation and relay settings Manage project scopes, deliverables, schedules, and budgets while ensuring milestones are met Support the development and growth of team members through coaching and mentoring Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, fostering collaboration across disciplines Participate in domestic fieldwork, with travel expectations up to 10 percent Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering Working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, laws, and regulations Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within one year Experience with AutoCAD and basic Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Word Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of experience in a consulting engineering, electric utility, or industrial company Background in PLC and HMI programming and commissioning Experience with electrical installations in hazardous areas We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
