The Future We Build Together.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent1-2 years warehouse experienceIntermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) Working knowledge of WMS systemsForklift experienceEquipment certification may be required, depending on locationMust have a valid Driver's License and the ability to meet Ryder's driving qualifications Important Note: Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.ResponsibilitiesAssist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenanceCreate and maintain daily dock schedulesCommunicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statusesWork closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floorWork closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's ordersInteract with the customer to communicate order changes and updatesMaintain various Excel spreadsheets and reportsPerform other duties as required or assignedRyder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
