Their dedication to quality and excellence makes them a trusted name in the industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator located in San Francisco, CA. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project requirements, reviewing blueprints and specifications, collaborating with project managers and architects, sourcing and evaluating quotes from vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring that all cost projections are aligned with project budgets and timelines.QualificationsStrong skills in cost estimation, project cost analysis, and budget preparationProficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsExperience working with construction bidding software, cost management tools, and spreadsheetsUnderstanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standardsExcellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projectsEffective communication and collaboration skills for liaising with vendors, clients, and project stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)Prior experience in construction estimation or project management is a plus
