Recruiting AssociateDepartment: RecruitingReports To: Director of RecruitingOverviewThe Recruiting Associate is an entry-level role designed to build future Recruiters and Account Executives at IntePros. This position focuses on developing strong recruiting fundamentals and providing hands-on experience in talent delivery. You’ll learn how to source top talent, build candidate relationships, and support client hiring needs. Through structured training, you’ll develop the foundation for a long-term, high-earning career in recruiting, with the option to pursue a sales career path. At IntePros, people are our business. Within the first few weeks, you’ll begin interacting with candidates and learning the sourcing process.During the first six months, you will focus on developing in the Recruiter role. After that, there will be an opportunity to either continue advancing as a Recruiter or transition into our Account Executive training program based on performance.Recruiting & Talent DeliverySource, screen, and qualify candidates for contract and direct hire rolesConduct phone interviews and evaluate both technical skills and cultural fitReview resumes from internal databases, job boards, and LinkedInBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidatesCoach candidates through resume preparation, interview prep, and offer stagesPartner with Account Executives to align candidates with client needsLearn the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to placementTraining & DevelopmentYou’ll start in an immersive cohort-based training program designed to build a strong foundation in recruiting.The program includes:Classroom-style instruction and hands-on practiceShadow sessions with senior recruitersGamification, competitions, and peer collaborationExposure to leadership and top performersProgressive responsibility leading to ownership of candidate relationshipsKey ResponsibilitiesConduct candidate outreach and screening conversationsBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified talentTrack metrics, activity, and goals dailyDevelop strong professional relationships with candidatesContinuously improve recruiting skills and industry knowledgeWhat We’re Looking ForStrong communication skills (verbal and written)High energy, competitive drive, and positive attitudeCoachable with a strong desire to learnOrganized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentComfortable making outbound calls and building new relationshipsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Bachelor’s degree is requiredCareer Path & Earning PotentialOpportunity to continue growing as a Recruiter or transition into an Account Executive roleBase salary plus uncapped commissionRealistic path to six-figure earnings within 18–24 monthsWhy InteProsIntePros is committed to developing high-performing recruiting professionals.
