Must be open to floating to 3 different clinics in San Jose.Providers will be working with ALL AGES, MUST be comfortable working with kids and adults.Start Date: as soon as credentialedContract Length: 6 monthsShift Details: 8 hour shiftsSchedule: Times may fluctuate, but they will get 40 hours per week.
