Programmatic Supervisor (Contract Only)
Are you an experienced Programmatic Trader or Programmatic Supervisor looking for your next opportunity? Laughlin Constable is seeking a Programmatic Supervisor for a temporary contract assignment on our media team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in the platforms while partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver successful programmatic campaigns. You'll play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven media strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients.The Programmatic Supervisor is responsible for building and optimizing campaigns, developing strategic recommendations, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in programmatic buying, a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.Core ResponsibilitiesBecome an expert in LC's Trading Desk and programmatic capabilities.Oversee programmatic media buys across the agency's digital media team.Research and evaluate new exchanges, platforms, and technology partners as they become available within the LC Trading Desk.Review client RFPs and develop strategic programmatic recommendations.Execute, manage, and optimize campaigns with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Proactively communicate campaign recommendations, optimizations, and performance with clients, planners, and account teams.Present campaign results, strategic insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.Clearly understand the role that display, video, native, mobile, and other digital channels play within integrated media campaigns.Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the engagement.Monitor Trading Desk billings and report on business levels and growth.Share industry best practices, emerging trends, and platform knowledge with clients and internal teams.Provide guidance and support to team members by sharing programmatic expertise and best practices throughout the assignment.Qualifications3–5 years of programmatic trading experience.Deep expertise with DSPs, DMPs, agency trading desks, and programmatic buying platforms.Ability to quickly assess client needs and execute effective programmatic strategies with minimal ramp-up time.Excellent client relationship, communication, presentation, and written communication skills.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.Experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.Agency experience preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Employment DetailsThis is a temporary contract position.
