Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Bankruptcy Paralegal role located in Philadelphia, PA. In this position, the paralegal will assist attorneys in preparing and managing bankruptcy cases, including filing legal documents, organizing case files, and maintaining communication with clients. Key responsibilities include drafting bankruptcy pleadings, reviewing case documents, coordinating with court personnel, maintaining administrative records, and ensuring key deadlines are met.
