Social Media Coordinator

We are a plastic surgery and med spa practice dedicated to delivering a seamless, luxury experience both in-clinic and across digital platforms.
We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator who is creative, strategic, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of aesthetic branding and digital storytelling.
The Social Media Coordinator will manage daily social media operations, content creation, and community engagement across multiple platforms, ensuring that The Method’s digital identity reflects the quality, professionalism, and sophistication of our services.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer.
Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience preferences and industry trends.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to increase organic reach.
Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
Engage with followers through relationship management to build a loyal online community.
Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, photography, and video editing to continually improve content quality.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and keyword research techniques.
Experience with social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer (application).
Ability to create engaging graphic design content and basic photography or video editing skills.
Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and social media marketing strategies.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Strong relationship management skills to foster engagement with followers and stakeholders.
Knowledge of branding principles and public relations practices.
