🚧 Now Hiring: Superintendent – Underground Utilities (Conduit) 🚧We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for underground conduit utility projects at CCS. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving safety, quality, and production while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.🔧 What You’ll DoAs a Superintendent, you will oversee all field operations and lead crews to success:Field LeadershipManage daily field operations, ensuring work meets safety, quality, and production standardsSupervise Foremen, operators, and laborers to maximize efficiencyCoordinate with Project Managers on schedules, manpower, and equipmentProvide daily progress updates and address field challengesSafety ManagementEnforce company and OSHA safety standardsLead daily safety meetings and ensure proper PPE usageReport and document incidents, near misses, and corrective actionsPartner with Safety team on inspections and complianceProject CoordinationCollaborate with PMs, Foremen, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure materials, tools, and equipment are available on-siteResolve field issues and maintain project timelinesVerify installations meet drawings and specificationsQuality & DocumentationInspect work for compliance with project specs and local codesTrack daily production, labor, and equipment usageMaintain as-built drawings and project logsCommunicate design or constructability concernsLeadership & DevelopmentTrain, mentor, and develop field teamsPromote a strong safety culture and teamwork environmentProvide feedback and support performance improvement✅ What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in underground utilities or electrical conduit constructionProven supervisory experience managing field crewsStrong knowledge of underground installation methods and safety standardsAbility to read blueprints and construction plansStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience with Microsoft Office and tools like Procore or Fieldwire (preferred)Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed💼 Why Join Us?Competitive salary (based on experience)Opportunity for growth and long-term career developmentWork with a strong, team-oriented organizationImpact high-value infrastructure projects
