New Career for a New Year!Anderson Communities is growing again and seeking full-time Leasing Consultants to join our growing teams in Lexington, KY.You will combine your sales and marketing skills to connect with and build relationships with prospective residents by introducing them to our award-winning apartment communities. Our goal is to provide a pleasant experience for people searching for affordable, high-quality housing and a place to call home. Our Leasing Consultants earn a competitive hourly wage, plus excellent commission opportunities. Our Consultants average $40K-48K+ annually and determine their income potential.Duties include:Maximize property occupancy by generating qualified traffic and networking within the local communitySchedule and conduct tours, showcasing options and amenitiesProcess lease agreements and move-in inspectionsPromote resident retention and provide excellent customer serviceHelp create and participate in resident eventsRequirements:Previous, successful sales experience in any industryPrevious commission-based sales preferredExcellent customer service skillsMust be available to work alternating weekendsProficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); ability to learn new softwareMust be drug free and maintain a neat appearanceMust be felony free, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationHigh School Diploma required; College Degree preferredHours: Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm; Friday 9am-5pm; Saturday 10am-3pm; Sunday 1pm-4pmAverage of 40 hour work week.
