We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented candidates who are ready to interview and start quickly.DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:• Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving)• Location: Southeast Houston• Pay: $20-$25• Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm (overtime may be required)• Duration: Temp to Hire • Description of Duties:Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper placement of materialsAccurately pull and package orders according to system-generated instructions for shipmentOperate warehouse systems to coordinate shipping methods and maintain inventory recordsConduct routine inventory checks, troubleshoot discrepancies, and assist with warehouse initiatives• Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredComfortable with basic computer systems and data entry tasksAbility to operate a forklift or willingness to complete certification trainingPrior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution setting is a plus WHO WE ARE:Carlton Staffing is a local staffing firm in Texas with over 44 years of experience!
