This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop management skills while actively contributing to a vibrant hospitality environment. *Responsibilities* * Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift flow and adherence to company standards. * Lead, motivate, and train staff in food preparation, customer service, and safety procedures. * Oversee food handling, cooking processes, and food production to guarantee quality and consistency. * Manage POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. * Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and assist with ordering to minimize waste and optimize supplies. * Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas. * Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience. *Qualifications* * Proven supervising or management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment. * Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols. * Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. * Excellent leadership skills with a focus on staff training, development, and team management. * Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform inventory control tasks efficiently. * Background in hospitality management or restaurant management preferred; casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus. * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and oversee shift management seamlessly.
