Your challenge: deeply understand their motivations, navigate tensions, and transform complexity into simple, intuitive experiences.Reporting to the Director of Design and partnering closely with Product and Engineering, you will:Lead early-stage product discovery- Greenfield workTurn ideas into testable prototypesRapidly iterate based on user insightsShape foundational decisions for new product conceptsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience shipping products from 0?1, ideally as a founding or solo designerStrong discovery mindset and fast iteration cyclesComfort designing for multi-stakeholder or platform productsAbility to pivot quickly based on customer feedbackScrappy, first-principles problem solverStrong visual design fundamentals (hierarchy, typography, spacing)You don't need experience in security or compliance-just curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to solve complex problems.
