We are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong journeyman-level electrical expertise, a deep understanding of NEC standards, and a passion for safety, quality, and team development.As an Electrical Foreman, you will oversee daily field operations, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, mentor electricians and apprentices, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Location: Westminster, COFull-TimeSalary: $85,000 – $90,000 annuallyWhat You'll DoTeam LeadershipLead and supervise electricians and apprentices on active job sitesAssign work, set expectations, and monitor productivityProvide coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing supportProject ExecutionCoordinate labor, materials, and schedules to meet project timelinesReview blueprints, schematics, and technical specificationsCollaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless executionSafety & QualityEnforce OSHA regulations and company safety standardsConduct daily safety meetings and ensure proper PPE complianceInspect work to ensure compliance with NEC codes and project requirementsProblem Solving & OperationsTroubleshoot electrical and field-related issuesManage tools, materials, and equipment inventoryMaintain accurate documentation including labor hours, progress reports, and safety recordsQualificationsRequired Experience & SkillsStrong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systemsJourneyman-level electrical experience preferredThorough understanding of NEC, OSHA, and industry safety standardsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematicsExperience leading crews in fast-paced construction environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage priorities and meet deadlines under pressureWork EnvironmentCombination of office and industrial field environmentsExposure to outdoor conditions and active construction sitesTravel up to 10% as requiredBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off & Holiday PayLife & Disability InsuranceProfessional Development OpportunitiesEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Our Core ValuesLive with IntegrityExceed ExpectationsAct with UrgencyDeliver Excellence
