The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain development and a deep understanding of the Solana ecosystem. As a Rust Solana Smart Contract Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying smart contracts on the Solana blockchain, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on the Solana blockchain using Rust.Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to integrate smart contract functionalities.Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging of smart contracts.Optimize smart contracts for performance and cost efficiency.Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology and the Solana ecosystem.Contribute to the architecture and design of our blockchain solutions.Ensure the security and integrity of smart contracts by implementing best practices and conducting regular audits.Requirements:Proven experience in Rust programming.Solid understanding of the Solana blockchain and its architecture.Experience with smart contract development, deployment, and maintenance.Familiarity with blockchain protocols, cryptography, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Fluent written and spoken English skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skills.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.[Optional] Experience with other blockchain platforms and smart contract languages (e.g., Solidity, Ethereum).Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Previous experience in developing DeFi applications.Knowledge of Web3 and decentralized application (dApp) development.Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.Schedule:8-hour shift, 9am - 5pm ESTBEFORE APPLYING: We are currently in an exciting fundraising phase and expect to secure funding within the next month or two.
