Senior Battlespace Awareness Analyst
Provide Battlespace Awareness expertise and direct counsel to senior level leadership to effectively support the USW(I&S) in the management of the BA PortfolioReview and evaluate existing and planned ISR and environmental systems, processes and programs across the DoW and IC to ensure the BA Portfolio is optimized to meet the operational warfighter, acquisition community and senior policy maker needsProduce deliverables under that include (but not be limited to) the development of guidance for initial binning; data collection and management strategies; assessment of tools and repositories; creation of business rules and entry/exit criteria; and corporate review and evaluation criteria). Analyze, and evaluate, large data sets and develop data analytics and data visualization tools to view trends, identify anomalies, inform assertions and conclusions, and provide data-informed assessments, reporting, oversight, and decision-makingDevelop, update, and maintain general and specialized data-analytic dashboards to promote timely and effective capabilities-based decisions when an investment crosses or spans any of the following: BA capability portfolio management (CPM) and another DoW Mission Area, Multiple DoW component agencies, or BA CPM and the broader ICConduct research and analysis; draft formal positions; review and analyze documents; prepare briefs, talking papers, memoranda, and letters in the form of OSW staff packages, ensuring compliance with OSW policiesManage electronic file management on multiple systems (NIPR, SIPR, JWICs) to ensure proper file management according to NARA rules and regulations for file retention and management. Other duties as assignedRequirementsTOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibilityBachelor's degree from an accredited institutionMinimum 5 years supporting battlespace awareness programs within the DoWGood communication skills, self-starter mindset. Professional proficiency in English is required. Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
