Senior Consultant / Manager / Senior Manager - Business Transformation – Capital Markets & Banking New York Management Consulting, Change & Transformation, Capital Markets Perm Hybrid We're hiring across multiple levels – Senior Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager – for a fast-growing advisory firm supporting clients across capital markets, commercial banking, and institutional finance. You'll join a collaborative and experienced transformation team focused on modernizing the front, middle, and back offices of financial institutions. Projects span target operating model design, process automation, regulatory change, data and architecture transformation, and more. This is ideal for someone who understands the trade and client lifecycle in banking/capital markets and wants to deliver meaningful change across operations, risk, finance, compliance, and technology. What you'll work on Operating model design across front-to-back office Process improvement & automation Data governance and reporting frameworks Program and project delivery (including Agile/Scrum and JIRA management) Current vs future state gap assessments Business analysis & stakeholder alignment Regulatory, operational, or tech-driven change initiatives What we're looking for Experience in capital markets, banking, or financial services consulting Understanding of trade lifecycle, financial products (e.g., derivatives, equities, FX, fixed income) Track record in business transformation, operations, data, change, or compliance projects Ability to lead or contribute to complex, cross-functional programs Comfort navigating ambiguity and solving problems with clients Strong communication skills with both business and technical teams 5+ years' experience for Senior Consultant, 7–10+ for Manager, and more for Senior Manager Bonus points for: Experience in Agile delivery and tools like JIRA Familiarity with systems used in banking & capital markets Mentoring team members and contributing to practice growth If you're interested in transformation roles where your voice matters, and your experience helps shape how major financial institutions evolve — let's talk.
