Looking for Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem Candidates **Job Title: Recovery Room Nurse** **Job Overview:** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Recovery Room Nurse to join our surgery center team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing post-operative care to patients recovering from anesthesia following surgical procedures. Your expertise and attentive care will ensure a comfortable and safe recovery for our patients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their conditions upon arrival in the recovery room. - Administer medications and provide interventions as needed to ensure patient comfort and stabilization. - Collaborate with the surgical team and anesthesiologists to understand patient details and updates. - Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and the home recovery process. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting changes and interventions. - Respond promptly to any medical emergencies or complications. - Uphold all safety and infection control protocols. **Qualifications:** - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. - BLS and ACLS certification required. - Previous experience in PACU, ICU, or critical care nursing is preferred.
