PEO Action Group (PAG) / Business Operations - Senior Level

Overview Our Senior level PEO Action Group/Business Operations Analyst will provide support to Space Force in ongoing and future acquisitions and support Responsibilities PAG / Business Operations Member will:Assess, develop, evaluate, and consolidate technical and programmatic responses from internal and external program stakeholders.Frequently interact with Space Force/Air Force and DoD tools such as TMT and MS Office Suite to initiate, track and close out various directorate, SSC, and Space Force Command taskers.Be responsible for daily review/analysis/dissemination of tasksUse NIPR & SIPR Task Management Tool (TMT) & e-mail to retrieve/assign tasksUpdate tasker database, which will be provided to leadership at the end of each dayAssemble and provide instruction on the completion of electronic Staff Summary Sheet (eSSS) packagesEffectively communicate with offices at each leadership level (Directorate, Center, MAJCOM, SF, DoD)Provide support to PEO PMRs, All Calls, and other high-level meetings as neededAdvise leadership on status of assigned deliverablesMaintain appointment calendars and conference room schedulesOther duties as assigned Skills Required Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with five years supporting DoD acquisition programs.Effective communication, planning, budgeting and programming skills to support ongoing and future Space Force Acquisitions.Expert knowledge of DoD tools such as TMT and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Education5 years of recent Space Force/Air Force experience desiredBachelor's degree in management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Statistics is required Security ClearanceUS Citizenship is requiredActive Top-Secret Security Clearance is required Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
