SUD Clinician (SUDP Required) – Outpatient & IOP Services ACTS Community Services is seeking a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Clinician to support both outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services. This role is ideal for licensed professionals who are comfortable managing a steady caseload while also facilitating structured group programming within an IOP setting. Position Overview Full-Time Non-Exempt (Hourly) Service Areas: Outpatient & Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Key Responsibilities Clinical Services Provide individual counseling and facilitate group sessions across outpatient and IOP levels of care. Maintain a consistent caseload and support clients throughout the recovery process. IOP Program Delivery Lead structured group sessions as part of the IOP schedule, ensuring engagement, continuity, and adherence to program expectations. Assessment & Treatment Planning Conduct SUD assessments and develop clear, goal-oriented treatment plans aligned with client needs. Documentation & Compliance Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, including 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA. Team-Based Care Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated and consistent service delivery. Ideal Background 2–3 years of SUD clinical experience post-certification Comfortable balancing individual caseload and group-based services Prefer a stable clinical role rather than a supervisory or leadership track Minimum Qualifications Active Washington State SUDP credential (required) Experience in outpatient and/or IOP settings preferred Associate degree or higher in Behavioral Health or related field Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation standards Compensation & Benefits $28 – $35 per hour (DOE) Health insurance reimbursement PTO eligibility after 90 days Paid holidays About ACTS Community Services ACTS Community Services provides structured outpatient and intensive outpatient behavioral health services focused on consistency, accountability, and quality care.
