A leading customer service provider is looking for a Call Center Representative (CSR) to work remotely in Maryland. The CSR will handle customer inquiries, providing excellent service and accurate information across various channels. The role requires a high school diploma, two years of call center experience, and strong communication skills. This position is contract-based with opportunities for extensions.
