Design Engineer

Based in Pennsylvania.RONCO MACHINE DESIGNER – Northeast PennsylvaniaA Designer will produce designs and develop the concepts for manufactured products. The ideal candidate should be located in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area of NEPA.JOB SUMMARY:Job duties include but are not limited to:Work with customers to determine requirements for designsUse computer software to develop virtual models of designsEvaluate product safety, appearance, and function to determine if a design is practicalTroubleshoot problems of existing designs and offer solutions.Maintain accurate project files, including drawing, project tracking and purchasing sub-folders.Identify and track out of scope work – change orders.Troubleshoot any NC1 file integration into a Prodevco PCR42 robotic plasma cutter.Job will be location in a fabrication shop.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:Experience DependentPaid Time OffTool AllotmentMedicalDentalVision401KLife InsuranceSKILLS/QUALIFICATION:An A.S.
