Landscaper / Groundskeeper – Largo Resort

Duties Maintain and enhance landscape features through regular gardening, pruning, planting, and mulching activities Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for trimming, edging, mowing, and planting tasks Manage lawn care routines including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and watering to keep turf lush and healthy Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as they arise Perform routine landscape maintenance such as weed control, debris removal, and soil conditioning Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify areas needing repair or additional care Assist with seasonal planting and landscape design projects to keep the resort visually appealing year-round Skills Proven experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture practices Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and troubleshooting common issues Skilled in using hand tools (shears, shovels, rakes) and power tools (trimmers, blowers, lawnmowers) safely Ability to perform lawn care tasks with precision and attention to detail Familiarity with landscaping techniques that promote healthy plant growth and aesthetic appeal Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards maintaining high standards of groundskeeping Embrace this opportunity to bring your passion for outdoor beauty to life at a premier Largo Resort!
