About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on PLC programmer who can hit the ground running on customer sites with minimal guidance. This is a field-focused role that requires both electrical troubleshooting skills and strong programming ability.What You'll DoTravel to customer sites to commission, troubleshoot, and support automation systemsDiagnose and resolve electrical and software issues independentlyProgram and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs and VFDsWork with limited documentation in fast-paced environmentsRequirementsHands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (required)Ladder logic programming proficiency (required)VFD programming experience (required)Basic networking skills including assigning/changing IP addresses, pinging devices, EtherNet/IP communication, and ModbusAbility to troubleshoot both electrical hardware and PLC softwareComfortable working independently with little supervisionWilling to travel approximately 1 week per monthNice to HaveExperience with Siemens or AutomationDirect platformsPanel wiring or electrical drawing experience
