The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of fundraising strategies, with a focus on major gifts, annual giving, and planned giving. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire and manage a team, as well as cultivate and steward relationships with alumni, donors, and other stakeholders. The Vice President for Advancement will work closely with the executive team to ensure that the campaign aligns with the institution's mission and goals. Candidates for the Vice President for Advancement position at the company should have a proven track record in fundraising, preferably in a higher education or non-profit setting. A deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape and the ability to engage with diverse donor populations is essential. The role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of articulating the institution's vision and impact. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.
