Landon is seeking a qualified and motivated Athletic Trainer to provide parental leave coverage from August 14, 2026 through November 14, 2026. This is a temporary position with hours that vary based on athletic coverage needs, including practices and competitions. This position reports to the Head Athletic Trainer and the Athletics Director.Responsibilities IncludeProviding athletic training services for assigned athletic teams, including injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitationCovering practices and home athletic contests as scheduledCommunicating effectively with coaches, student-athletes, parents/guardians, and medical professionalsMaintaining accurate injury and treatment documentationAssisting with emergency action plans and return-to-play protocolsSchedule Hours will vary depending on coverage needsRequirementsCurrent certification by the Board of Certification (BOC)MD state licensure (or eligibility) as requiredCPR/AED and First Aid certificationStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience in a secondary school or collegiate setting preferred, but not required
