Job DescriptionOracle Brand Experience - Principal Design Program ManagerThe Brand Experience team is seeking a Principal Design Program Manager to join our team. Ourteam is focused on brand stewardship, management and execution of projects which span allcreative disciplines (video, audio, copy, motion graphics, photography, and design) with partnersacross Marketing, Brand, Sales, Events, and Product.This role serves as a key contributor and driver and will anticipate and help solve creative problems,work collaboratively with partner teams, and be able to think outside the box. If you are skilled in organizing requirements, leading through ambiguity, creating timelines,progress, and providing ownership and accountability to see projects through completion, then wewant to talk.Core ResponsibilitiesDrive a range of complex and multi-disciplinary projects from kick-off through execution,including managing timelines and deadlines, running meetings, scheduling creative reviews,and being a primary liaison with partner teamsOwn massively complex global design initiatives and deliver them flawlesslySupport the delivery and scale of sophisticated web and digital production projects includingthe optimization of process and workflow for a high functioning design and creativeorganization.Provide transparency on design team activities to partner teams and manage expectations.Work with partner teams to organize project requirements and drive to limit ambiguity.Routinely communicate project statuses, clearly manage expectationsAssess and manage risks, foresee and resolve bottlenecks, proactively escalate potentialissues, and balance business needs versus technical constraintsWork closely with Creative Directors to proactively clarify requirements and use cases, activelyseeking clarification when there is ambiguityWork across teams to create strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership teams.ResponsibilitiesQualifications10+ years operating as a project manager or producer in the creative and/or digitaladvertising industry (agency-side, design studio, or in-house)Experience managing complex, multi-discipline creative projects and marketing with multiplecross-functional partners, and ensuring successful delivery for all parties involvedExcellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, monitor andmanage workloadAble to identify and mitigate risk on projectsUnderstanding of project management principles, creative process, and production workflowswithin a creative department or advertising agencyExperience working with Project Management software.
